Your personal tracker will help you track your progress, no matter where you are. You will be able to track progress, weight, steps and other factors that ensure a smooth process towards your goals.

I am Jan, for more than 10 years I’ve been a soldier in the German armed forces. Thanks to this job, I’ve not only got to learn and push my personal boundaries but also got to understand how important physical and mental capabilities and performance are.
I started to further explore the subject of health and physical exercise. I began without any plan or structure and a lack of know-how on the best way to combine exercise and diet and my body didn’t change in the way I hoped it would.
As a result, two years ago I decided to go down a different route. I began to combine a vegan / vegetarian diet with new training methods which gave me access to an incredible increase of performance capability, an unimagined source of motivation and eventually to a new quality of life.
My objective was to create a platform that encourages the desire to move, to promote independence in your journey and to make the subject of a holistic work-life-health-balance sustainable in your daily lives. This is why my sister and I started jan.a.team!
