I am Nathalie, 29 years old, and as a female coach at jan.a.team, I specialize in addressing the specific needs of women in sports. I have always been actively involved in sports, which led me to deepen my interests and pursue certifications as a licensed personal trainer and nutrition advisor. My motivation for hybrid training and its associated goals push me to achieve new athletic milestones, constantly reaffirming that this is the right path for me.
